Working conditions

Job Description

You will:

  • Work with the company's international agent system to deploy shipments designated by agents in Vietnam.
  • Taking care of international agents to maintain cooperative relationships between parties
  • Coordinate with the operations department to carry out the shipments specified by the agent.
  • Coordinate and complete payment documents and collect customer debts
  • Report results and work implementation status as required by the Department

Candidate requirements

You need:

Knowledge:

  • Graduated with a major in international trade, economics, transportation, and foreign trade to understand import and export activities
  • Or at least you have participated in short-term courses on Import-Export operations to be able to grasp the job

Skill:

  • Good understanding of Business English because 80% will communicate with international agents via email or chat app

Experience:

  • No experience required. We have a detailed practical and hands-on training plan for you

Attitude

  • A person with a well-groomed professional demeanor to be able to work with customers assigned by the agent.
  • Responsibility and punctuality at work
  • Openly share in communication with colleagues
  • Be honest, don't judge or blame

Plus mark:

  • Can work at night when needed (Due to time zone difference, when there are urgent cases, it is necessary to communicate with foreign agents)

Right

Monthly:

  • Fixed fixed salary: From 7-10 million VND + % commission. (Your experience is directly proportional to salary
  • Lunch money. You can also prepare your own lunch and eat it at VP. The company has a fully equipped lunch area: refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, ozone water purifier
  • Phone bill: The company is equipped with a phone for you to contact customers and supports additional costs so you can contact customers more conveniently.
  • Vehicle fuel money. For customers who live far away, you can use a company car.
  • Profit: Based on work efficiency, you will receive a bonus commission for each shipment. The commission level is more attractive than the market at 30-40%
  • Working equipment: Company provided
  • International Biz trip: Participate in international seminars, meet international partners and agents in the company's system as well as expand the partner system

Quarterly/annual occasions:

  • Bonus for business results in batches
  • Reward individuals and teams with outstanding achievements
  • Holiday bonus: April 30, May 1. September 2, New Year, Lunar New Year
  • Social insurance, health insurance, visits... in accordance with the law

Training and development, internal activities:

  • Review capacity and seniority to consider salary increase and promotion path
  • Event programs, teambuilding tours
  • In-house and outsourced training activities to improve personnel qualifications according to periodic plans

Working time

  • From Monday to Friday. Morning from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Lunch break 1:30 a.m. Afternoon from 13:30 to 17:30
  • Vacation schedule according to state regulations and + added from time to time to create space for employees to spend holidays with their families
