Job description:
- Searching and exploiting the market through Sales, Marketing channels ....
- Develop tour program, calculate tour price.
- Deploying sales of group tours and group tours effectively.
- Consulting customers, transactions, signing and implementing contracts.
- Ensure sales are achieved and drive sales according to desired targets.
- Coordinate with the Executive Department to organize tours. Taking care of customers before, during and after the tour takes place.
- Construction and general management of MICE event organization;
- Directly exploit and search for potential customers for MICE delegations, event organizers;
- Design package products according to each budget norm, in accordance with customer needs;
- Together with Sales or directly meet customers in person or online to discuss customer needs, make suitable suggestions or discuss the progress of event organization;
- Planning, budgeting, supervising the organization of events;
- Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
Candidate Requirements
- Can go to work immediately
- Experience in the field of tourism, tour sales or room sales, group guests;
- Male/Female, from 22-35 years old;
- Ability to calculate, budget;
- Good communication and negotiation;
- Teamwork, proactive and able to withstand high pressure at work;
- Priority is given to candidates with experience in handling TOUR and MICE groups.
Right:
Salary: Negotiable (deal based on ability)
- For experienced candidates: 2 months probation with salary 80% of basic salary
- For inexperienced candidates, fresh graduates: Apprenticeships for 3-6 months and then consider recruiting according to regulations.
- Working environment: dynamic, professional, friendly;
