Plan content weekly/monthly/quarterly to develop the company's TikTok channel
Come up with TikTok video ideas, convert ideas into scripts, film and edit details, edit sound & voice over content.
Can act live in some videos.
Recommend and work with KOLs in accordance with brand direction and marketing campaigns.
Can provide comments, reviews, and edit TikTok content contributed by third parties (agencies, KOLs)
Manage the quality of channel content, regularly come up with new ideas and initiatives to develop the channel according to the company's goals.
Implement other marketing content as assigned by management.
Candidate requirements
Experience in making TikTok content
Have knowledge and interest in the real estate industry
Love creativity, love writing, screenwriting, many new ideas
Active, not afraid to act or appear on screen
Ability to manage and organize scientific work
Ability to handle workload to meet deadlines.
Good content writing & visual thinking ability.
Good-looking appearance, eloquent and eloquent speech
