• Build a social media strategy through the following steps: market research, identifying target audiences, determining access channels, and product positioning.
• Plan, manage and edit interactive content on the business's social network system daily.
• Manage communities of people interested in the brand on social networks - monitor and respond appropriately to comments related to the business.
• Collect and analyze user data and insights across media channels for reasonable optimization.
• Plan advertising and PR for business-related content and promotions.
• Periodically report to the Marketing Director on the effectiveness of social channels
• Coordinate work with other departments (Customer Relations, Sales, to manage company reputation and identify competitors in the market
