Synthesize and analyze common situations, update the Q&A content on the store
Look up order status and give feedback to customers
Receive and handle customer complaints if the goods are defective or lost in transit
Upload new products to stores

Receiving and processing orders
Coordinate with Team Designer to handle arising cases at the request of customers
