JOB DETAILS
- Customer care and support support
- Call and answer customers' phone calls to advise and answer questions, handle problems that arise when using the Company's products and services.
- Provide information and documents about products to support sales staff in the process of offering products and services
- Notify, contact, and remind sales staff and customers when problems arise
- Fix technical problems
- Diagnose and repair errors
- Support deploying new applications
- Working hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (1:30 a.m. lunch break) from Monday to Saturday morning
