Call for advice and orientation to help students make choices; Register to participate in courses appropriate to the needs and input level of students.
Perform customer care work, build trust and support current students to increase the number of new students through referral and re-enrollment channels. Ensuring to provide the best quality of service to students.
Report to Manager directly on results and coordinate with manager to handle problems that arise at work.
Follow the Company's rules and regulations and support other departments when necessary.
2. Candidate requirements
Communication skills, convincing customers and love sales work.
Priority is given to candidates with 02 years of experience in a Sales position or 01 year in a similar field, with priority given to working in Companies/Centers or other Educational organizations.
Easy-to-listen, attractive voice. Do not lisp or stutter.
Enthusiastic, passionate, diligent, hard-working, eager to develop a long-term career.
Being able to communicate in basic English and understanding IT or data is a big advantage.
Love the field of education and foreign languages.
3. Remuneration policy
Income level: Fixed salary + % Com + KPI bonus (Fix salary: 7-10 M, total income upto 15-20M +++)
Direct mentor, intensive training from DATAPOT experts.
Priority is given to attend Data Analysis courses at DATAPOT or the Company creates conditions for attending courses for job development.
Year-end bonus and holiday bonus, project bonus, 13th month bonus according to the Company's general policy.
