Consulting and answering the franchise policy of the brand, receiving information about potential customers from the marketing department
Coordinate with departments/departments to bring the best quality of service to customers, support franchise partners in the operation process.
Maintain existing customer relationships and develop new customers
Set up appointments, exchange, negotiate, sign contracts
Surveying and evaluating potential site analysis
Manage customer information, monitor construction progress, payment progress and contractual obligations between customers and the company
Solving arising problems (if any) related to franchising
Ensure sales target and make periodic reports as required by management
Perform other tasks requested by superiors.
