Work content:
- Our Telesales staff in the Finance and Banking Department are mainly responsible for consulting and introducing the company's financial products and services to customers through phone calls. Work includes:
- Call and Consult:
- Make proactive calls and receive calls from customers to introduce financial products and services.
- Advise customers on the advantages and benefits of financial products, such as loans, credit, savings, and investments.
- Building Customer Relationships:
- Listen and understand customers' needs and goals to propose appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers through positive communication and after-sales customer care.
- Answering Questions and Proposing Solutions:
- Answer all customer inquiries and questions about products, policies, and procedures.
- Propose financial solutions suitable to each customer's specific needs.
- Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor customer information and update the company's customer information management system.
- Daily/weekly reports on sales and work progress.
- Achieve Sales Target:
- Complete assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Job requirements:
- Education and Experience:
- Graduated from university or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in the field of telesales, preferably in the banking and finance industry.
Skill:
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Proficient in using office tools such as Microsoft Office.
Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of banking and financial products and services.
- Have knowledge about products such as credit, loans, savings, and investments.
Ability to work:
- Willing to work in a pressured environment and in shifts if necessary.
