Responsible for tracking orders from indirect (Sales Department) and direct (customer) customers. Receive orders from customers, enter data to track order information, and plan shipments according to order details.
Receive and coordinate details with the Planning Department, monitor production progress, production results, shipping plans, and delivery schedules to properly and fully meet customer needs. Ensure the successful Order rate always reaches the set target.
Carry out indirect and direct customer care. Coordinate with the Quality Control department to analyze and clarify the cause of defective products to provide appropriate solutions to respond to customers. Timely answer and handle customer inquiries related to the company's products and services
Coordinate with related departments to support the Sales Department in new projects, meet the needs of new product development, and develop new customers.
Calculate selling price for goods and according to requests from Sales department or customers.

Qualification: Graduated from Intermediate/College or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting
Have good problem solving skills and be agile and agile
Understanding the paper packaging field is an advantage
Ability to analyze, synthesize and forecast market information
