Arrange the working schedule, meeting schedule, work schedule, record and summarize the content of the meetings for the Board of Directors to serve the management and administration;
Collect and search for necessary information at the request of the Board of Directors;
Receive, classify, arrange and process information, documents and documents from departments and send them to the Board of Directors;
Maintain relevant document information;
Translating documents when required;
Report regularly and directly to the Board of Directors.
