- Collecting fees, consulting to pay fees in the assigned area.
- Searching for customers, consulting and developing VNPT's multi-service VT-IT services.
- Receive complaints from customers in the management area to transfer to the area management staff.
- Manage subscribers and take care of customers, resolve customer complaints.
- Directly update new development subscribers into the system.
- Coordinate with other related departments to urge the progress of installation, handling and other cases in accordance with the process.
