- Organize professional activities at the warehouse and require subordinates to carry out their responsibilities
- Request to be provided with equipment for work
- Have the right to temporarily suspend import and export when detecting invalid or unreasonable documents or discovering that the quality of materials and goods is not of the right type or does not meet the visual quality.
- Have the right to request loading and unloading, forklifts, and security guards to coordinate functions when needed
- Organize import and export, arrange and preserve materials and goods assigned according to functions
- Manage, record and report books and documents according to Company regulations
- Organize and arrange goods in the warehouse neatly, scientifically, and easily to find
- Fire safety inspection, goods appearance quality inspection
- Check and sign daily import and export slips
- Statistical report on imported and exported goods during the day
- Check the warehouse at the end of the day, ending the day's work
- Organize inventory for the first 6 months of the year, and inventory at the end of the year according to plan
- Record documents, arrange storage of goods, and do monthly inventory with accountants
