Job Description

Job goals:
Drafting and managing documents related to business activities 
  • Drafting documents: official letters, announcements, quotations, offer letters, contracts, agreements, promotions... of the traditional sales department.
  • Manage and store documents, records and documents (notices, policies, procedures...).
  • Regularly update business-related documents on the company's electronic archive system EDMS (Contracts, price lists, forms, business documents, technical documents....).
  • Provide documents and contents related to business activities: policies, regimes, regulations, processes, principle contracts, promotions, customer data, product information... . upon request.

Business support to handle business related issues.
  • Support, handle or promptly report inquiries in the department to management.
  • Assist in contacting customers or partners, during business operations.
  • Handling documents, documents and procedures related to sales (From creating orders to completing deliveries).
  • Update, analyze and synthesize sales and debt data according to the form.

Other jobs
  • Check and handle business-related expenses such as: Business expenses (airfares, hotels, business support expenses, reception costs, ...).
  • Office tasks: Arrange office, Prepare tea and water to receive guests, Propose equipment to serve the business needs of the business department (stationery, necessities, equipment in the office) ...).
  • Perform timekeeping of employees in the sales department.
  • Support, implement care programs, prepare gifts for customers on special occasions according to the policy.
  • Participating in and supporting the organization of internal events and activities and of customers and partners (if any).
Other related tasks as required by management

Job requirements
  • Graduating from college or higher
  • Prefer major in economics, business administration, administration or related disciplines
  • At least 1 year in a similar position.
  • Proficient in office computers: word, excel, powerpoint, internet, ...
  • Understanding of customer relationship management software systems, business support software
  • Able to work under pressure, energetic, enthusiastic, creative
