Procurement staff at Ba Ria - Vung Tau - Thương Mại Và Dịch Vụ Dầu Khí Glocom

I. JOB DESCRIPTION
· Check the draft contract from the Procurement department (commodity description, manufacturer/origin, certificate, unit price, delivery time).
· Receive the official contract from the Manager on Base software of the company.
· Find the prices of NCCs (domestic, foreign) to compare prices and find NCCs that meet the requirements of price, certificate, delivery time.
· Make a proposal to approve the price to BGD after compiling the list of NCCs.
· Prepare draft PO after the boss approves the NCC.
· Negotiate to unify all terms in the PO (payment method, payment time, penalty terms,...) and make the official PO.
· Proceed to make payment proposal for NCC.
· Make invoice proposal for customers after receiving enough and correct goods.
· Complete a payment profile including the types of documents required by the HDDR.
· Make delivery notices and deliver goods to customers.
II. REQUEST
· University graduate or higher majoring in foreign trade, business administration, import-export and related disciplines.
· Having 3 years of experience in the commercial sector, especially in the oil and gas industry.
· Knowledge of import and export.
· Careful, meticulous and skillful in negotiation and negotiation with customers and NCC.
· Proficient in office computer and English reading comprehension.
· Knowing how to use Base software is an advantage.

IV. WORKING TIME AND LOCATION
1. Time:
· Working time: 7h30'-17h00' Monday to Saturday morning every week.
Lunch break time: 11:30'-13:00'
