Job Description

Work content:
- Monitor & track supplier fabric delivery to meet Bulk Production Plan
- Track fabric purchasing and allocation results to ensure fabric availability (including replenishment/replacement, loan management)
- Work closely with the shipping team to monitor fabric distribution (both domestic and imported) and clarify shipping documentation issues
- Liaise with HQ fabric team & suppliers to request clear delivery to follow production plan including suggestion and ship mode adjustment (if required)
- Communicate with the fabric warehouse about import and export fabric records
- Check quantity and price on supplier's monthly payment list (as per PO or if there is any deduction for any claim issue)
- Maintain supplier information database in department shared folders
- Provide support to factory internal departments (PPC/QA/Manufacturing, etc.) for any fabric delivery questions/quality issues
- To maintain appropriate fabric information updates in the system promptly
- Follow and organize supervisor's instructions regarding work allocation and arrangement

Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher majoring in weaving, dyeing and finishing, weaving
- Good understanding of fabrics
- More than three years of experience working in fabrics, purchasing fabrics, and having relationships with suppliers for the fashion garment industry
- Age from 25-45, male or female
- Foreign language: Chinese (Listening - Speaking - Reading - Writing) or good English (synthesis and reports related to the job in charge)
=> Candidates should be in Thanh Hoa or Hanoi
