I. Job duties
1. Prepare delivery activity reports for Shippers
2. Understand clearly the operating procedures of the operations department. Monitor, inspect and evaluate processes,
operational quality of the operations block
3. Take care of customers, build and maintain relationships with customers
4. Organize the recording, synthesis, and measurement of opinions, satisfaction levels, or complaints
from customers, analyze causes and take corrective and preventative measures. Periodically need to synthesize and analyze
accumulate data.
5. Build, manage, and evaluate the effectiveness of customer information channels, ensuring they are provided to them
Full of necessary information about service prices, cooperation forms, and operating procedures.
6. Propose measures to improve services and plan future customer care.
II. Right:

III. Request
1. Female with bright appearance, age 24 or older, good negotiation and communication.
2. Graduated from College or higher, majoring in Business Administration, Law, Finance or other
related industry
3. Proficient in office information technology, know how to prepare reports, synthesize and analyze reports
4. Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service or assistant position.
IV. Working time:
+ Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m
+ Saturday: 8am-3pm
+ Lunch break: 12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m
