- Consulting on flight routes, good itineraries, reservations, ticket refunds and cancellations... according to customer requests
- Consulting and supporting agents/customers on issues related to air tickets, airports, itineraries, etc.
- Regularly check and remind passengers of changes in flight times, ticket issuance deadlines, and departure dates.
- Always update promotions and information to customers
- On duty on the hotline, on duty at the ticket office on holidays and Tet as assigned
- Manage assigned customer portfolio
- Coordinate with other departments in the company such as accounting department and sales department to track debts and develop relationships with customers.
- Other tasks as assigned by Management.
