- Responsible for all customer events at the company and outside the company (events, school tours, experiential events at academies, schools, educational centers...) to ensure Secure the source of potential customers and contribute to the implementation of the business plan at the establishment.
- Attend meetings with internal company and customers Prepare check list and make advance proposal for event according to assigned budget
- Stick to the assigned event plan to ensure it is on schedule
- Search and contact partners as well as distributors and service providers to support the event
- Discuss with team members to make a specific schedule for each event
- Work closely with departments such as accounting, design, marketing to achieve KPIs on guests attending, images and promotion for each event.
* Find partners and organize experience events or introduce company courses;
* In charge of information content of the academy's online and offline channels;
* In charge of internal cultural activities at the facility, participate in general cultural activities of the whole system;
