- Check the operation of NVCS through the camera every day
- Camera audit report includes:
- Errors violated
- Number of violations
- Recommend the right action for the violation situation
- Survey of competitors/other establishments
- Propose ideas/plans to improve and enhance the internal and external customer experience of LAG.
- Support team leader with some tasks when needed:
- Receive the switchboard
- Call customer satisfaction survey to increase the number of surveyed customers and objectively capture the needs/wants of customers
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the direct management when necessary to ensure the maintenance of the operation of the department in particular and the company in general.
Working time: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday-Saturday
