Number of violations
Recommend the right action for the violation situation

- Survey of competitors/other establishments
- Propose ideas/plans to improve and enhance the internal and external customer experience of LAG.
- Support team leader with some tasks when needed:

Receive the switchboard
Call customer satisfaction survey to increase the number of surveyed customers and objectively capture the needs/wants of customers

- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the direct management when necessary to ensure the maintenance of the operation of the department in particular and the company in general.
