• Quotation, making orders, contracts for customers.
• Proactively interact with customers on media channels and retrieve data for business.
• Timely support and answer requests and questions from customers.
• Track contract expiration time to convince customers to reuse the company's products and services.
• Proactively send preferential and promotional information to old/new customers to persuade them to use the company's products and services.
• Conduct support and exploitation with old customers who want to use products and services again.
• And the following tasks assigned by the BGD.
