Job description
- Building and setting up development channels according to customer needs.
- Surveying, searching for information on the market for premises.
- Research, analyze, and situation of the market of premises in the area to advise customers.
- Building, connecting, and managing good relationships with landlords, ... leasing old and new premises. Acting as an intermediary to negotiate, negotiate and sign a lease agreement between customers and landlords.
• Conduct periodic visits to assess the market in each region
• Resolve arising issues (if any) related to the landlord and the tenancy agreement.
• Perform other tasks as required by the Direct Manager.
Candidate Requirements
-No experience required
- Having knowledge in Real Estate industry, real estate law, rental space is an advantage
- Confidence in communication and negotiation skills
- Like business, desire financial breakthrough
