1. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Receive and answer questions for customers related to Shopee e-commerce platform.
- Record and transfer information to relevant departments to support guests.

3. LOCATION AND WORKING TIME:
- Working address: 705 National Highway 20, Lien Nghia, Duc Trong, Lam Dong.
- Working time: rotate shift in the time frame from 6am to 10pm, off any day of the week (NOT WORKING NIGHT).

- Graduated from high school or higher (no problem with studying)
