JOB DESCRIPTION
• Receive contract data at the beginning of the month
• Use the Call Center system - Make phone calls to notify loans and guide customers to pay the contract
• Find out the reasons for the overdue period, convince and propose measures to resolve the contract
• Update call history and customer information to the system
• Plan to track and manage customer lists according to data
• Report contract status every day to Team Leader
• Contribute to training and sharing experiences for new employees
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Having experience in debt reminder at a Bank or Financial Institution is an advantage
• Communication, negotiation, and negotiation skills. clear, decisive voice
