JOB DESCRIPTION
• Receive contract data at the beginning of the month
• Using the Call Center system - Make phone calls to inform the loan and guide the customer to pay the contract
• Find out the cause of overdue, convince and propose solutions for the contract
• Update call history and customer information on the system
• Plan to track and manage customer lists according to data
• Report contract status daily to Team Leader
• Contributing to training and sharing experiences for new employees
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Experience in debt reminders at Banks or Financial Institutions is an advantage
