II. JOB DESCRIPTION 1. Course consultation.- Consulting, answering information related to English courses and utility services of the Center.
- Live page, answer customers; Calling according to Data is available to advise and take care of students about English courses.
- Directly responsible for assigned sales through exploiting, taking care of new customers and maintaining and developing a team of old customers.
2. Customer transaction function: make receipts, invoices and update candidate information on the sales report system as prescribed. 3. Support to organize classes (call enrollment, class placement and announce the opening of classes to students) and perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Head of Department. III. APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS- Male/Female from 22-26 years old. Graduated from College or above. Likes to sell and has a strong motivation to make money.
- Experience in sales/consultation and care is preferred.
- Passion and love for consulting and business work.
- Hardworking, progressive, able to withstand sales pressure.
- Good communication skills, agile, good thinking.
- Have a personal laptop.
- Work alternately in shifts: Shift 1 (8:30 - 17:30), Shift 2 (14:00 - 21:00). Includes 4 morning shifts and 2 afternoon shifts.
