- Receive potential customer data from Marketing and old customers of the Company.
- Analyze and exploit the needs of potential customers.
- Introduce products/services/outstanding features of the software.
- Learn and demo products to customers.
- Install software, deploy training for customers to use the software.
- Preliminary consultation, setting up a face-to-face consultation schedule, software demo with potential customers.
- Convince customers to agree to conduct a detailed survey of needs, propose solutions to apply solutions suitable to the current status of the business.
- Support in negotiating quotes, contracts, and implementing procedures for signing service contracts.
- Act as a bridge between the business and the company's project implementation team.
- Maintain relationships with customers before - during - after the sale.
- Some tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
