- Consulting courses, information about the Center's English training program;
- Information about courses, schedule, teachers, training programs of the Center, and answer questions related to enrollment and class management.
- Maintain and update customer database, monitor customer's status daily.
- Update new courses and other programs related to CEC to inform customers.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience in consulting, consulting services and sales experience (consulting, customer care…) is an advantage.
- Prior experience in the field of education is preferred.
- Good communication and persuasion skills.
