Job description:
- Directly searching, exploiting, consulting and selecting suitable laborers to participate in labor export services;
- Working with functional agencies, vocational schools... to introduce and cooperate in supplying labor for export;
- Develop a recruitment plan to ensure the target according to the order;
- Support and solve problems arising from employees before and after exiting.
Recruitment requirements:
- Age: From 25-40 years old
- Priority is given to having experience in the field of labor export, or having gone to work abroad or study abroad in Japan.
- Level: Intermediate or higher.
- Good communication skills, able to work under pressure.
