Plan and participate in enrollment activities at the center.
Consulting and convincing customers to participate in English courses
Take care of students and parents, ensure satisfaction of parents and students during the learning process at the Center. Communicate, interact, and build good and friendly relationships with students and parents.
Coordinate and support the Training department to ensure the quality of student output.
Participate in performing other tasks as assigned by the Center.
REQUEST:
Have a college or university degree or higher
Prior experience in consulting and customer support, especially in fields related to education, is preferred.
Ability to plan and report
Good communication skills, able to work independently and in groups.
