• Receive continuous training on the product (a working tool for doctors and medical technicians) to clearly understand the features and how to use the product.
• Apply each product function into practice. Guide and train customers to use the product proficiently after product deployment.
• Support demo installation at units to familiarize customers and receive product reviews.
• Compile documents, instructions for use, prepare presentations as required for training programs.
• Coordinate and support sales staff to introduce products and provide technical advice to customers.
• Coordinate with customer service staff to resolve problems that arise while customers use the product.
• Proposing improvements and new product ideas.
