Processing
· Operate and control production systems; Suggestions for improving production processes, machinery lines and equipment.
· Directly troubleshoot, support and handle maintenance problems during production shifts, minimizing machine downtime leading to reduced production output.
· Operate and repair machinery, strictly comply with labor safety requirements, ensure quality and stability in production.
· Coordinate with departments: Maintenance, Lab, packaging... to handle tasks related to the production department.
· Complete files and forms to report on operating parameters
· Comply with and complete equipment cleaning and maintenance schedules given by the Department Head or Production Team Leader.
· Support and supervise ice loading staff, ensuring the quality of ice loaded for the rough crushing stage.
