• Responsible for the operating performance of the directly managed truck group
• Ensuring operational targets and truck service quality:
• Ensure operational indicators: order completion rate, order cancellation rate of the fleet
• Check and improve customer service quality in the best way
• Coordinate with departments to ensure recruitment of the number of drivers to operate.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure fleet sales growth as planned
• Control the quality and work efficiency for each driver
