Provide customer service - resolve customer inquiries in a professional manner in a timely manner
Operate the EzyRemit system - responsible for processing all transactions efficiently
Resolve and track pending transactions as needed
Ensure all transactions are carried out in accordance with the Company's Code of Compliance
Recommend changes or improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency in operational processes
Support the General Manager to create operational documents

Request:
At least 1 year of experience in Customer Care
Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
