₋ Continually improve and develop business performance from the existing limitations.
₋ Responsible for managing events and ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
₋ Evaluate the quality of PE suppliers and recommend appropriate changes.
₋ Communicate and negotiate terms and contracts with key suppliers, sponsors and partners.
₋ Hire, train and educate part-time staff on proper event protocols/procedures, especially day-to-day logistics.
₋ Negotiate and coordinate payments to suppliers and prepare and manage documents for expense tracking.
₋ Provide efficient and timely service to all assigned clients and manage each relationship professionally and profitably.
₋ Use IT solutions to evaluate event performance/quality and prepare metrics presentation for improvement planning.
₋ Communicate progress, customer/event feedback, and results of business development activities internally as required.
₋ Check all documents prepared by company, media, studio, print shop and production before presenting to sponsors/partners and ensure executives, Accounting and other departments ensure attention to standards.
₋ Stay informed about the latest trends in the industry implementing ideas and sharing with team members where appropriate.
₋ Employee management and staff resource allocation according to the changing needs of our partners.
₋ Coordinate elements of events such as conferences, shows, charity events, business meetings, employee appreciation events, and virtual events.
