- Exploiting information and needs of customers, consulting product packages suitable for each customer (list of available customers, provided by the company).
- Support and care for potential customers, create relationships with customers.
- Create, manage and store customer information.
- Receive calls and messages from customers to advise and answer service questions for customers.
- Working fixed time at the Company's office, Monday to Saturday (8h00, 13h30).
