JOB DETAILS
- MAIN JOB: Manage and monitor office and motel rental activities**
+ Post news about available rooms on website + Facebook according to instructions. Posting outside hours will receive posting commissions.
+ Prepare rental contract (with sample) + renew contract + sign new contract + finalize expired contract...
+ Monitor payment schedule; Urging customers to pay; Notice of expenses to be paid: electricity, water...
+ Monitor and support tasks that arise around rental CVs: receive damage reports from tenants, coordinate repairmen, monitor office repair schedules and progress,
- Monitor income and expenditure
- Follow up and advise customers on making stamps (round stamps, name stamps, signatures...): consulting on quotes, finalizing orders, transferring to technical departments...
- Consulting on business services: Accounting services, company establishment services, changing business licenses, dissolution, food safety HS...
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Company
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Male/Female, age 20 to 28;
- Good communication, clear and decisive voice.
- Good use of office information technology;
- Desire for challenges, withstand high pressure at work;
- Priority is given to candidates who have the desire and desire to work long-term, stably, and love the job.
- Have a professional attitude and behavior at work;
- Graduated from Intermediate School or higher (regardless of school, type, and field of training). Preferred majors: Accounting, Business Administration..
Working Hours : From 8:30 to 17:30 from Monday to Saturday; Every Sunday off
