- Update production and performance reports of the working day
- Monitor, manage, allocate tools, utensils, uniforms, protective equipment... to workers, exchange and replace.
- Prepare input materials, machinery, and labor to ensure production according to correct procedures.
- Monitor quality, production process, and stable operation according to production process.
- Adjust and overcome problems such as lack of raw materials, lack of production workers, mechanical equipment failures during the production process.
- Participate in continuous improvement with relevant departments
- Ensure the quality of finished products after production in accordance with prescribed standards
- Collect production process data of each employee and department to evaluate and improve performance
- Manage records related to the production process.
- Instruct the production team leader on processes and instructions for product production at the company. Make some reports related to production
- Other tasks as requested by management (details discussed during interview)
