JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Tasks in the office.
- Advising customers on company products. Direct customer consultation messages via fanpage and other communication channels.
- Receive and directly or coordinate with relevant departments in resolving customer complaints (if any).
- Monitor debt collection and take main responsibility for debt collection.
- After-sales customer care support.
- Working at showroom No. 11A Dich Vong Hau, Cau Giay, Hanoi.
- Showroom working hours:
Full time: 9am - 6.30pm.
+ Part time: Shift 1: 14:00 - 17:00; Shift 2: 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
- Sales T2 - Sun. Working time and days off will be reasonably divided among the employees in the sales department at the showroom.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Intermediate or higher graduation. Proficient in office.
- Good communication skill. Skilled in persuading customers.
- Enthusiastic, dynamic and responsible at work. Willingness to learn and progress at work.
BENEFITS :
- Income:
+ FULL TIME: 6,000,000 hard salary, bonus for sales, bonus on holidays and Tet.
+ PART TIME: 20000/hour, bonus for sales, bonus on holidays and Tet.
- 13th month salary. Participating in all regimes according to the Labor Law.
