- Organizing, managing and operating activities of the Accounting Department
- Building, organizing and standardizing the accounting and financial system, including: Building processes and regulations related to finance and accounting.
- Managed the team of 3 accountants responsible for payroll, accounts payable and receivable, bank loan and billing.
- Analyzed quarterly, yearly financial statements and presented the reports to Director.
- Planning & controlling budget
- Management, analysis, cost control and revenue.
- Work with bankers, lawyers and tax inspectors (Tax finalization from 2016 to 2019)
- Review payment, the efficiency of costs
- Review economic contracts related to customers and partners.
