- Translating: candidate CV, application form, internal documents
- Interpreting: Interviews, discussions between candidates and the Company
- Welcoming and dealing with leading Japanese customers.
- Organizing and disseminating the content related to the candidate selection application before the interview
- Scheduling interviews
- Information about the interview for the departments: candidate's CV, interview time and location
- Receive and confirm candidate CV information (Engineer, Trainee)
- Support to organize and train candidate training before the interview
- Support and receive visa at the Consulate
- Monitor tattoo removal status.
