- Consulting and answering all customer situations such as: product usage, allergies, difficult customers, compensation and discounts for defective products….and other situations.
- Handle customer situations skillfully and soft
- Manage and assign work to closely monitor the work of the customer care team and the order closing team.
- Support in placing and managing domestic orders.
- Analyze and report data on the Company's sales software at the request of the Director and Head of Department
- Other tasks as requested by the Director and Head of Department
