Job content
  • Develop program content and training materials for the department in charge
  • Make a monthly training plan and notify relevant departments
  • Based on research, plan and implement training programs that prepare personnel with the knowledge and skills needed to do a better job.
  • Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly training programs.
  • Organize training and evaluate effectiveness after training:
  • Organize training programs and events for project personnel and trainees: basic, advanced, and soft skills training for consultants
  • Monitor actual employee attendance and performance in relation to the area of ​​training
  • Managing the overall quality of trainees' training results, monitoring and reporting on the success and progress of trainees after training.
  • Checking the quality of course counselors: assessing the knowledge, skills and behavior of the counselors
  • Research and develop training materials & curricula for students and staff
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to develop team training plans for teaching projects and new products.
  • Inspect and evaluate the provision of training services and teaching quality; Train, motivate and develop teachers.
  • Document translation, support for making announcements, extra stamps, user manuals for new products
  • Recruiting and training academic staff and teachers
  • Represent the academic department to solve problems and present products
  • Collaborate with the observation team to conduct formal observations to maintain instructional quality and evaluate instructional performance.

Request:
  • Graduated from University or higher with majors in Languages, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration,...
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Effective management skills.

  • Skills to build & promote a culture of cooperation
  • Hold at least a bachelor's degree in English or Tesol;
  • A master's degree in education, TESOL or applied linguistics is preferred;
  • Have a good knowledge of language teaching and learning theories and their practical application in document and resource development;
  • Possess good communication, organization and problem solving skills.
