Developing teaching and learning programs and materials:
- Shaping the learning path, curriculum framework, teaching methods, standards for monitoring learning progress, and standards for improving teaching quality.
- Build, design and develop learning pathways and curriculum frameworks for each level and course, ensuring that the curriculum meets the needs of students.
- Research and update textbooks, review textbooks and teaching materials, ensure the program reflects trends and is consistent with orientation.
Managing the training department team:
- Manage, train and develop the Training Department team.
- Regular attendance, unscheduled attendance, cross-attendance, periodic assessment, feedback and reporting.
- Develop and approve teaching plans and work schedules for teachers, teaching assistants, and training staff.
- Support teachers to participate in research and professional development activities.
- Develop processes of the Training Department, ensure the Training Department team complies with regulations and procedures.
- Coordinate P activities. Train and assist employees in completing work.
- Train the team to proficiently use working tools: software, equipment.
- Deploy and lead employees to comply with departmental procedures and advise superiors when changes are needed.
Managing student progress:
- Organize progress tests according to schedule, evaluate and monitor students' progress, ensuring students achieve desired results on schedule.
- Monitor the number of good/fair/weak students, provide solutions to help students complete the right schedule according to the scheduled or scheduled time, and implement measures to support each group of students (if necessary).
- Maintain the number of existing HVs, increase the number of new HVs, reduce the number of reserved and retired HVs.
- Manage the number of classes and class hours: increase the average number of students (ACS) of the class, optimize classroom performance and teacher teaching hours.
- Evaluate student satisfaction and propose improvements in teaching quality and learning outcomes.
- Organize certificate granting ceremonies for students.
Service Quality Management:
- Actively interact, resolve requests, feedback and complaints from HV and PH.
- Support in resolving conflicts between teachers and students or internally between teachers.
- Build and maintain a comfortable English communication environment for students.
- Manage facilities, learning areas, classrooms, book rooms, and learning equipment to ensure safety and instructional standards are met.
- Check out marketing publications with academically relevant content.
- Coordinate with the admissions consulting department to ensure academic-related messages are conveyed to customers correctly and sufficiently.
- Responsible for substitute teaching when the teacher is absent.
- Build relationships with other educational organizations to create opportunities for cooperation and exchange of experiences.
- Resolve conflicts and conflicts, act as a mediator in reconciliation between academics, teaching staff, teachers, teachers and students.
- Coordinate with the Admissions Advisory Board to organize events to care for current students and attract potential students.
- Coordinate with the Board of Education to carry out professional work of the Training Department and participate in Center and Group events.
