- Advise and manage the work of the Purchasing department
- Plan and prioritize purchasing activities, adjusting requirements accordingly.
- Plan to purchase items from domestic and foreign suppliers according to department requirements to keep up with work progress.
- Monitor daily updates of purchasing prices from domestic and foreign suppliers
- Contact domestic and foreign suppliers, analyze prices to find reputable suppliers and the best prices
- Evaluate ordering plans, make purchasing requests, manage the selection process.
- Review, update and maintain orders until completion.
- Search and develop more supply sources for the company
- Closely monitor purchasing processes and costs
- Prepare reports on quality, quantity, price of goods and inventory quantity according to the prescribed time
- Research the market and competitors
- Coordinate with relevant departments to handle situations that arise during the purchasing process.
- Negotiate and negotiate prices for raw materials, packaging and items to be purchased
- Support employees in negotiating and solving problems with partners, departments, finding the best suppliers in terms of quality, price, payment conditions...
- Supplier management: quality, debt, service, delivery, warranty
- Work with relevant departments when developing new products or improving current products.
- Monitor work progress and periodically report work status to the Board of Directors
