Coordinating with departments to build, implement sanitary procedures, production, SOPs related to quality system.
Participating in the development of programs, plans and organizing activities to carry out appraisal, self-inspection and inspection activities of the factory.
Handling complaints and product recalls.
Implement training programs and plans, train officers and employees of the factory.
Carry out registration for circulation of new products.
Participate in supplier reviews. Have the right to accept or not use materials and packages. Label the acceptance or rejection status for incoming materials.
Develop the original plan and organize the validation of the production process.
Evaluation of the entire production process (product batch records, test result sheets, results of assessment of production conditions, inspection during production...). Decide to leave the factory and take responsibility for the quality of the finished product.
Follow up on contract production/testing. Responsible for handling complaints and product recalls.
Develop programs, plans and organize training, training and staff training throughout the factory.
Make monthly quality report.
Implement all announcements of new products, expired products and apply for certificates from state and competent authorities.
Maintain quality documentation and records system.
