Request :
- Hard Japanese N3 or higher
- Have 1-3 years of experience in IT support or IT Helpdesk
- Experience in setting up and managing PCs PCs (Windows, macOS) and smartphones (iPhone, Android)
- Knowledge of hardware and software
- Basic English
Work content :
- In charge of Vietnam office IT
- Make sure the server system works stably
- Support staff in using computers, repairing equipment, installing and managing devices
- Counterparts related to IT technology and equipment
