1. JOB DETAILS - Build strategies and manage core values of the brands in charge
- Create a marketing communication plan for the brand
- Implement and inspect, monitor and evaluate approved marketing programs
- Regularly collect feedback from the market, analyze market research reports, target customer behavior, sales... to capture growth opportunities, while identifying risks can affect the brand's sales and market share
- Manage the budget of the brand in charge
- Monitor work progress, connect with other departments to solve daily problems to bring work results on schedule and fully.
- Manage projects and work directly with external suppliers, within the scope of expertise, on activities: advertising, TVC production, article writing, content creation...
- Evaluate customer behavior before and after marketing programs; Evaluate customer feedback on marketing activities, scripts and advertising films
- Monitor/evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities to promptly make suggestions to improve work efficiency
2. REQUIREMENTS- Professional education level
- Graduated from universities majoring in pharmacy, economics, foreign trade, and marketing
- English, office computer grade B or higher
- Good communication and teamwork
- Writing and planning skills
- Creativity at work
- Honest, responsible, enthusiastic, completely proactive in work
