Work content :
− Monitor the implementation of Critical path pre-opening based on project progress and opening instructions;
− Coordinate with the operating unit to develop pre-opening budget and submit for approval accordingly
corporate regulations;
− Coordinate with the hotel human resources department and the group's human resources department to establish and review welfare and benefits policies
Salaries for hotel staff are guaranteed to meet Group standards and are equivalent to trends
general of the market;
− Plan and coordinate with the administrative department and the Group's Human Resources Department in preparing facilities,

− Synthesize information related to the implementation of PR-Marketing plans and pre-opening activities

− Review requirements related to the list of mandatory legal documents from the Operating Unit, thereby coordinating with

− Coordinate and organize the implementation of purchasing materials and equipment for operational activities (OS&E) and at the same time manage
Manage OS&E procurement budget according to approval: Based on the needs and concept set by the operating team at the unit,
Reviewing OS&E orders from purchasing units (Quality, progress, internal administrative procedures);
− Synthesize the needs of the Operating Unit to ensure operating standards, coordinate with other Departments
related to support response on schedule;
− Coordinate, plan and closely monitor defect repair plans, ensuring standards-related requirements
Hotel operating standards need to be implemented;
− Monitor and summarize expenses of the Hotel Operating Unit according to the budget approved by the Owner
approved in the pre-opening phase.
