Work responsibility

• Market research, directly participate in proposals to develop new products.
• Plan implementation and monitor the operation of the company's game/app projects.
• Closely supervise and directly participate in testing processes and evaluate product effectiveness to ensure progress and quality of work.
• Develop and optimize advertising scripts on Android and iOS applications.
• Analyze game metrics and user behavior using tools like Firebase, Google Analytics, Admob,..., thereby finding ways to optimize, adjust and improve product quality to suit user tastes. use.
• Optimize eCPM on Ad Mediation platforms: MAX Mediation, Admob Mediation,...

Advanced skill

• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Loves gaming and has played a variety of game genres
• Good ability to read and research documents in English
• Responsible, careful, meticulous in work. Able to communicate effectively, know how to organize and coordinate work well.
• Those who have worked as a Tester, Game Designer,... and intend to become a PM can apply
• Those who have experience holding PM positions at other technology companies are an advantage.
